Der Lohn sollte in der ganzen Schweiz bei Volg oder auch anderen Verkaufsstellen erhöht werden. So werden viele Mitarbeitende weiterhin bei Volg arbeiten wollen.

Die Geschäftleiterin hat für die Arbeit immer ausgenutzt, auch wenn ich krank war musste ich arbeiten weil Ihr das egal war… Sie hat nur dan gearbeitet wann Sie Lust hatte und ist nach Hause gegangen, aber Stunden hatte Sie immer genug..?

Arbeitszeiten anpassen. Die meisten MA beginnen morgens früher, weil sonst bei Ladenöffnung nichts parat ist. Mehr Lohn Bezahlen, damit es weniger Personalwechsel gibt.
