Webrepublic does a lot to create a good working environment including TGIF's, vision cruises, game nights etc and this is appreciated by many, At the same time, with the growth of the business in the last few years, playing politics has became prevalent and this can have serious negative implications for people's motivations and as such has had a negative impact.

Depends how one looks at it - communicating that the company values transparency but then being very intransparent about how promotions or client portfolios get awarded is questionable at best.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
A lot depends on oneself - there are nearly 200 people at the company and there are many events being held throughout the year. If you can't find good people at the company, aybe there is a problem with you.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The company grew very fast with a very young workforce which meant that many young people were promoted into leadership positions who lack experience in their role as leaders. While there are obviously good leaders at the company (otherwise the company would grow to become such a success) there a few leaders where stroking egos, favouritism and being intransparent around key decisions go hand in hand
Interessante Aufgaben
It depends a lot on where you work. There is a high likelihood that one gets to work on a diverse set of clients from different industries and corners of the world which is definitely interesting. However, at the end of the day one is still doing SEA, SEO or Social Media justt for different clients. It depends a lot on what floats your boat.

It appears to be the case with the limited information available to me. However, if salaries were transparent chances are that in some cases the company would have a hard time explaining why there are differences in salaries between different people.
