The overall atmosphere is very positive, but the organization is also quite top-down. Unfortunately, team managers have very little say and mainly serve as a channel for decisions coming from above, which is a shame.

There are rather limited growth opportunities. In most cases, the position tends to stagnate after 4–5 years, which is unfortunately why many people decide to leave the company at that point.
