the fluctuation is incredibly high - still no one cares (within 3 years more than 50 People in ZRH and GEV have left or had to leave the Company) - current about 28 employees - --- if you have interview ask for this, important question.

Dear former colleague
First of all we would like to thank you for your open feedback. Only with an open feedback we can be successful in the long term, this is why we take your statements very seriously. Your point concerning the high fluctuation in the past years is absolutely comprehensible. Especially in 2016, we have made many changes that have also affected our staff. We have taken decisions that were tough and necessary but also not easy for us. The major changes were important but they are now finished. Therefore, after this phase of uncertainty, we will soon become a stable employer again. Our new internal recruiting strategy will help us find suitable candidates for our challenging jobs and to avoid inappropriate employee-employer matches.
