Dear colleague
Thank you for your statement. Unfortunately there are missing concrete facts and ideas about points that can be improved.
The management has taken seriously complaints of the whole team in 2016 and took consequent decisions based on some requests and wishes. This is why we are not really able to comment on your feedback.
Our company has a young but not unexperienced management. Each of the current management-members has become a team leader thanks to a target-oriented development team path.
After some structural changes in 2016, the whole management team is giving the best to build up suitable strategies, considering the market-situation and the available personnel strengths and competencies.
