Family-like atmosphere; super comfortable workspaces. You sense a spirit of support not only within your team but from colleagues working in different areas/teams. There is also something in the air pushing you to get better at what you do. It is probably the sense of the super smart and capable people working around you.

You work hard, that's for sure, but it pays back in many forms. There are tons of things to learn, the work is not monotonous since you get to handle different projects at a time with different tech focuses.
