Ex-Angestellte/r oder Arbeiter/inHat zum Zeitpunkt der Bewertung nicht mehr im Bereich IT in Bad Soden am Taunus gearbeitet.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Family friendly
Arbeitsatmosphäre
People are friendly
Image
small company not known outside it's niche
Work-Life-Balance
it was always good
Karriere/Weiterbildung
At the moment the company is stagnated, I don't see posibilities of professional development
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary tends to be in mid-low range
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
nothing that I was aware of
Kollegenzusammenhalt
apart from some bad apples, it was usually good
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
employees tend to be more mature
Vorgesetztenverhalten
roles are not clear, managers don't comunicate, old fashioned
Arbeitsbedingungen
there's almost no benefits, you get you salary and that's it.
Kommunikation
not good, nothing is official, only rumours
Gleichberechtigung
looked fine to me
Interessante Aufgaben
it's an interesting and never boring industry
