The company works a lot on the image and in the past year we have really a very good marketing department which is taking care of every detail possible to show to the world everything we do in the easiest way possible to understand.
Work-Life-Balance
Over the years the work-life balance became always better. I must say for now, 2021, there are way too less companies having such a great work-life balance culture.

Given that the company is international, I had the good chance to meet a lot of new people from different countries and make there a lot of good friends.

Very good relationship, flat hierarchy without any problems of communicating even with the C levels for every kind of topic. Totally open and willing to share the knowledge.
Arbeitsbedingungen
I had the best computer table ever, a lot of space, as much monitors as you need, always the latest Macbook or Windows laptops. Depends on preference.

Always there to hear your worries even for things which are outside the scope of work. A big family.

There were never any difference between employees. Everyone treated with full respect and always there to help. We always had our superwoman (Thank you Susi) helping us with everything possible regarding: relocation, visa, finding apartment, etc...
Interessante Aufgaben
If you will have the chance to be hired in this company will be your best investment for your whole life. I have worked there nearly 6 years and I have learnt things that I thought would never be possible to touch. I am grateful for the company heartwarming culture, friendly and especially always being there to help for every kind of thing in order to make the work life better and better.

Arbeitsatmosphäre
Plenty of light, or not so much. Our desks can raise and lower (push button) to stand or sit. We have quiet and low light spaces to concentrate on whatever, whenever. Kitchen is always stocked with milk, cereals, tea, coffee and fresh fruit. It's generally quite comfortable and acoustically sound inside (and out).
Work-Life-Balance
We love what we do. Although there's plenty of work to go around we have well structured planning that keep my weekends as my weekends. The majority (and rare) number of DevOps on-call support calls are due to global internet issues (BGP).
Kollegenzusammenhalt
We all can relate one way or another. I think for the entire team there is about 9 or 10 nationalities. The business logic here is English, but chances are you can practice another language with a colleague if you ask. We love what we do and that matters.

It's clear any sort of Ablism or Ageism is not tolerated.

Everyone is accountable, even superiors. I don't think the managers are toxic or destructive whatsoever. It's not that type of company.
Kommunikation
I've grown to like the planning and necessary communication overhead. Since I'm coming from years of extreme-programming and business decision making background I can say the managers and business intelligence really pay attention to project details and employees. Communication is key because the 320EAST team as a whole, operates in multiple countries and timezones.
