The area of CNC manufacturing is quite well developed and that is the only thing that works well, but the work is usually very monotonous. Colleagues are great, but the boss prefers to take a new worker, rather than talking to the old about the problems.
In general the executives do not have a great organizational or administration talent. They are often overwhelmed with their tasks and are thus constantly under stress, so that the simplest things such as the organization of bridge days etc. becomes a problem. Employees are not included in the decisions, which regularly leads to economically inappropriate spending.
On the other hand, every penny is turned twice, so you have to fight for work equipment from time to time.
Computers are ok in themselves, the contact with the outside world is in the Stone Age. Well, Industry 4.0 is far away ...
