Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Worked in-house before and am so happy to be working for an agency again! no politics, no backstabbing - we are all working towards the same goal and celebrate successes together. Team is lovely and there is a lot of room for creative input.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There is nothing in particular, only that we need to get better at sticking to some of the processes ;-) but we will get there!
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Especially to the founders: Don't change who you are and how you treat all employees!
