ADEN Immo ist ein Team. Das sieht man und das spürt man auch.
Ich wurde nicht behandelt wie eine gewöhnliche Praktikantin, sondern wie Festangestellt. Das hat mich sehr gefreut und sehr motiviert.
Ich konnte als Praktikantin sehr viel Eigenständig tun. Habe Aufgaben bekommen in den ich mich verbessern konnte und auch neue Aufgaben.
Freundlichkeit zwischen den Kollegien
Die Atmosphäre ist toll. Ich kann ohne Stress arbeiten und die Kollegen sind sehr nett und sehr wohlwollend.

Ich denke, dass wir es besser machen können, da es sehr oft Informationsasymmetrien gibt. Es gab Momente, in denen ich nicht wusste, an wen ich mich wenden sollte. Ich denke, dass Homeoffice nicht sehr hilft ...
Ich kann meine Wohnung bezahlen und neuen Kleidungen kaufen, alles gut!
Ja! Ich habe viele Sachen gelernt und ich interesse mich sehr über Marketing. Jeden Tag ist anders und ich liebe es!
