Easygoing most of the time and supportive always. Some days can become busy and stressful but in my experience, that happened very rarely.
Kommunikation
Advalyze is using multiple tooling to manage communication so no bad comment there. Sometimes it can take a while to get a response, especially when people go into a focus mode (very understandable).

Supportive, very helpful, and always friendly.
Work-Life-Balance
There are days when you need to work a bit more but 100% of overtime is redeemable.

Never had a problem with my superior. Always supportive and I had always a feeling that my superior had my back covered. Especially during tight situations.
Interessante Aufgaben
This section is very important to me. And it's very different in advalyze compared to other companies I worked for. There is no “same day” in advalyze. The tasks you work on can be given to you but mostly it's really up to the proactivity of the people. Always aim for the best, for something you never did, or the highest. Only then you can do interesting tasks in advalyze. Expecting cool tasks to land on your table on their own rarely happens. The five-star rating is super subjective here.

Advalyze practices a hybrid model of working so there are days in the office and there are days WFM for most people. But environments you can adapt to your needs.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
In the field of consulting, you might find better-paid jobs as a freelancer or working for the “Big 4” as well as you might find more perks on the client side but all of this is easily trumped by the variety of tasks, experiences, and skills you can get in advalyze.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Education happens every day (eat least from my experience) as you need to progress with your skills to come up with better and better results.
