What I like about the employer
airfocus ist ein start-up wie es sein sollte - zumindest nach meiner Vorstellung. Dinge passieren schnell, die Hierarchie ist flach und der Techstack auf dem neusten Stand. Und das ohne dauernd am Kicker stehen oder Abends bei Pizza zur Mehrarbeit angehalten zu werden. Absolut nette Leute, ein tolles Produkt und trotz des inhärenten Risikos von Fremdfinanzierung ein sehr zukunftsfestes Produkt.
What I dislike about the employer
Richtig schlecht ist nichts für mich. Gibt höchstens paar Dinge zu verbessern (siehe oben oder unten)
Suggestions for improvement
Wir könnten noch ein bisschen mehr an der remote company culture arbeiten. Klarer Plan, wann sich welche Teams mal in Person treffen und ein klar abgesteckter Rahmen für Teamevents zum Beispiel. Wir könnten die Werte auch mal wieder mit der Realität abgleichen, damit wir wirklich alle im selben Boot sitzen.

What I like about the employer
What i find especially outstanding is that we can all be ourselves and are not being judged. Also the support and coherence within my department and also cross functional is something i really value.
Please do make sure that all of this stays the way it is!
What I dislike about the employer
Nothing on the top of my mind which is super positive! If is would dig deep i would probably find something small but that is not the point.
Working atmosphere
Every Team member is 100% dedicated in supporting each other. Everyone is super approachable even up to C-Level
