Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
No trust in employees, constant strategy changes, people in charge who do not know anything about the areas that they manage but for some reason make decisions for them. Favoritism of employees. Employees that boss other people around when they are not managers and get other people to do their work for them. Toxic people/fights. Everything is for show to the outside/PR and future employees - for example, the housewarming, the free lunch - if you want anything else that's cheaper than what they spend on all of that it's not allowed because I guess future employees won't see that. Maybe you should rethink your hiring strategy and see your employees as brand ambassadors.

Talk to employees. Take feedback seriously. Be open. Offering open ended contracts to everyone that you employ = showing respect to your employees. Don't hire toxic people who just want to throw team members under a bus to be on top. There's a big difference between ambition and being toxic.
