- First round was a very thorough HR screening call, where my experience with various technologies was discussed, and my personal motivation for seeking the role. No stone was left unturned!
- Following rounds were a meeting with my potential manager to discuss team structure and my approach to problem solving, prioritisation and ways of working. After this, a meeting with one of their executives to get a strategic overview, and ask about my thoughts on the cloud infrastructure market. Finally a team meeting was organised so I could discuss the engineering teams thoughts on product management and understand their needs.
- Interview process and discussions were generally open and I didn't feel I was put under too much pressure. Honesty was the most important.
