Pro tip: only take a job/internship with this company if you have nowhere else to go.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
A very, very, good, no exaggeration, team. Everyone, except the management.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Insufficient investment in personnel and infrastructure, out-of-date technology, low quality of management decisions, mindset from the last century and lack of flexibility.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Raise salaries to industry average, hire more skilled staff, add more days off for people, stop expecting constant overwork, shut down pointless projects and completely remove daily meetings as useless and time-consuming. Ideally: prohibit management from micromanaging and interfering with those who actually do the work. And get everyone a raise. Have I said about the raises?
Arbeitsatmosphäre
High workload on employees, constant dissatisfaction with performance results on the part of management, little to none learning, lot of monotonous work
Image
Behind the shiny facade and buzzwords lies what I would call, an severely outdated business from the 2000s
Work-Life-Balance
It takes quite a bit of effort to defend your right to rest after work hours
Karriere/Weiterbildung
The main career move I have seen in this company is quitting and moving to another company
Gehalt/Benefits
I think of it this way: an IT company in Hamburg has a salary level that resembles that of a small town in East Germany. Shame.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
All waste is still dumped in one tank
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team is great: united in the face of the management's blatant incompetence, the employees get along very well with each other
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Respectful attitude, which is nice
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Embarrassing cringe
Arbeitsbedingungen
Clean, bright, warm, all working standards are met
Kommunikation
Feedback is minimal and provides little benefit
Gleichberechtigung
I have stories, but I don't have proofs, so
Interessante Aufgaben
The work is very monotonous, every time I imagine it as digging a long trench and shovelling soil from one pile to another, but with a digital shovel.
