The work within our Team is well structured, balanced and transparent. It´s fair to say that no employer is perfect...there are areas of improvement but for a Start-Up Company all topics that might need room to grow can be addressed and some shift into a positive direction can be seen
Kommunikation
There have been occasions in the past when the timing of communications on critical issues has not been perfect. However, management receives regular feedback on this and is aware of it. Communication within our team is very transparent and practical.

Great within the Unit, good overall.
Work-Life-Balance
It depends very much on the job you have in the organisation. There are certainly some positions that require more work, but there have always been attempts to create new positions as soon as there is a feeling of need. So there is a lot of flexibility in terms of organising your personal day.

You can choose topics that interest you and that could move the company forward. It's up to you to make things happen, and your ideas are likely to be listened to.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Nice ans spacious office near Ostbahnhof, not as fancy and designy as some VC founded offices , but pretty good. Shower a plus for the sport enthusiasts out there. When things get busy, the main room can get pretty loud and noisy...

There is some yearly Training-Budget, classical career paths not there as the organization is rather small. Might change in the future.
