Free zoo (the more dogs the better; let them loose, let them poop, let them pee on the carpet! yay, as long as it's free). Free meals every day as long as you can come up with cover stories. All was free. For plenty of employees even the money they earned was for free: Work the least you can and get the biggest check. Thank you!
What could be bad if all's free and you can rip off your employer and treat others like sh*t?! It was the land of plenty!
Stop being such jerks! Listen to the people that really have their heart and brains in the right spot and do their best to keep the company afloat. Don't just praise and hail the ones that act like a**holes and celebrate youself in clapping rounds for having done... nothing.

mangelnde Kommunikation, eklatante Bevorzugung einiger Abteilungen
unbedingt an der Kommunikation und der Aufnahme von Mitarbeiter-Feedback arbeiten
Etwas weniger Wert auf weitere Incentives legen und dafür an den Kernarbeitszeiten / dem Vertrauen in die Mitarbeiter arbeiten
AppLift ist sehr typisch Statup, daher wer gerne ergebnisorientiert arbeitet und das Büro als Home away from home ansieht, der könnte sich hier sehr wohlfühlen.
Die Kollegen waren so ziemlich das einzig positive.
Kommunikation mangelhaft, konstruktive Kritik & Anregungen wurden ignoriert.
