A very diverse company in an exciting field
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I enjoy how dynamic the teams are and how well the company as a whole adapts to changes. People do not seem set in their ways and unwilling to experiment.
I also found that employees are given a lot of freedom. The fact that I am given space in which to perform my work freely motivates me to perform it well. At the same time, employees are not left to 'deal with things alone'. There is always support when you need it, and there is a strong feedback culture, so that one knows whether one is on the right track.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere has been very positive so far. The people are pleasant, and praise seems to be given where due.
Work-Life-Balance
No one looks over your shoulder, and you are expected to do your best and not go beyond your limit. I have not experienced any undue stress or pressure from the managers I have come into contact with.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Everyone that I have come into contact with have been very willing to assist and go the extra mile. I have not experienced the "not my job" attitude here.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Feedback that I have received until now has been constructive and positive. People seem to address issues directly.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Everything needed for your job is provided.
Kommunikation
There are very many communication channels and the org structure is very flat. Questions and feedback are encouraged on all levels.
Gehalt/Benefits
The salary seems suitable for the industry and location of the company. There are also numerous employee benefits.
Gleichberechtigung
It looks to me like everyone is afforded equal opportunity.
Interessante Aufgaben
It's a start-up in a field where there is no market leader as such. Accordingly, the work is quire diverse and interesting.
