I would not recommend this company. It is just a mess since the acquisition. Many people left already.

Promise a lot to clients, but can’t fulfill it. Start up feeling is not exciting and the image is getting worse under the Jungheinrich delegation.

Only shiny values on the website with no meaning behind.

Only a few getting promoted. No clear transparent structure within the company.

Within Arculus there are lots of newbies and young starters. No older people in general.

Bad, the management has no skills at all and the core team is totally toxic.

Depends. After the acquisition with Jungheinrich a lot has changed, also the tasks. It is demotivating.
