seriously a fantastic place to work.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
i just felt it was very ethical. people recognized that i worked really hard and supported my ambition. treated me like i was valuable and intelligent. never felt objectified. never felt unsafe. very easy to talk with others practically. provided shuttle to parking garages and even to downtown.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
so much is done to show that employees are valued. but even knowing that i am valued, it would have been nice to have better access to food. by which i mean a consistent free option, even if something small. it feels really weird to have healthy food around but not afford to eat.

partnership with other institutions so travel and study abroad is more possible

a couple of bad mannered or passive aggressive people but otherwise great relationships
