Friendly environment, you get the tools you need to do the job, payment is good and on-time, mostly reachable upper management, there's an open ear for new ideas

Relaxed and friendly, “Good Morning” is usually the first thing you hear!
Kommunikation
There is a linear hierarchy implemented. This can be great if something needs to be “communicated” asap, but sometimes can lead the upper levels to be overwhelmed and thus unreachable. But this is less than often the case.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Among Teams there is a strong bond and everybody helps everybody. Sometimes inter-Teams relationships can get difficult, but this is not unmanageable.
Work-Life-Balance
For the time being, highly balanced. Depending on position and project, working hours can be flexible. Working from home is no issue.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Mostly reachable (see “Communication”), never had a problem getting help or getting answers.
Interessante Aufgaben
I can't speak for other departments and teams, but every day there is something that can be challenging.

There are some older Colleagues among the personnel. They are treated with respect, and there are no distinctions made.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Working environment way above average. You get the tools you need to get the job done and then some. Facilities are modern and also cosy and make working hours comfortable.

Environmentally conscious, and socially perhaps even more since the company is active in troubled areas of the world, trying to contribute to peace.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary wise, it's very good (but of course who doesn't need more money, nowadays?) Other than that, everything can be subject to discussion.
