In general, good. There were times that it was hard to get an answer from a supervisor, but nothing unmamageable.

Teams have a strong bond. With minor exceptions, everybody is willing to assist everybody.

Depending on project, there are flexible work times and Home Office is embedded in the Companys culture.

You get the needed tools and more, offices are comfortable and with a homely vibe, you wouldn't notice how the time passes.

They do their fair share regarding environment. Socially, it is a multi-cultural environment with a pretty good balance. After all, having offices in a troubled corner of the Globe (see Palestine) and the recent creation of an IT-Academy there, shows that there is a grade of sensitivity in social matters.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Sallary-wise pretty much ok (but of curse no one would reject some extra money, especially nowadays)

It was not NASA! But I had/ have no problem recommending them as an employer and for most, colleagues comments were on the neutral-positive side

It was not easy, but not impossible to further one's career. Further education is also available.
