Working with a plethora of interesting and highly skilled people, especially my mentors. As an intern, still in the learning stages at my career, I feel like I couldn't be at a better place for that, while at the same time I am treated equally as everyone else.

The Back Market's culture is super important. Everything is done so that you feel welcomed and supported from day 1. I had never worked in such a joyful atmosphere and the "Culture team" does a lot every week to surprise us.
There is a lot of work but I never felt any pressure to finish late or anything like that. Everything is super flexible.
Strong focus on supporting local initiatives, delivering healthy meals, buying second hand furnitures etc.
Even with the covid-situation, my colleagues are always ready to help me if needed.
We don't have that many older colleagues
The offices are located in a dynamic co-working space in the city center. It is currently pretty calm because of corona and also because the office is new but life is gonna come back very soon!! I also asked for additional material for working from home and it has been delivered within a week.
Weekly and monthly updates are done in a very efficient and transparent way. I also appreciate the proximity with the founders.
Obviously, the fact that the company offers better solutions for the planet makes the job even more motivating.
