ESG plays a strong role for BCMC. E.g. the company is almost paperless.

The hierarchy is very flat and the CEO shows interest in each employee. There is a very good mentatlity towards open but respectful feedback.

Strong ties with the CEO and very open communication. Also, even juniors are encouraged to contribute to strategic decision making.
Besides the main pillars of BCMC's offering the tasks are very diverse. Hence, it never gets boring.
