Management puts every one under extreme pressure. Management is toxic and bullies employees. Only South Africans get the good opportunities, everyone else does all the crappy jobs.

One day you're told something, the next day something else is said.
The CCO never has time for you, forgets what was said and agreed from one meeting to another. It's ridiculous.
Work-Life-Balance
You will work long (unpaid) hours. You will be discouraged to take holidays.
If you get sick, you will feel like it's your fault. You will receive e-mails and calls when you're not working anymore.
You will receive a lot of unrealistic deadlines.

Leading by example is an unknown concept in this agency.
People are not treated with respect. Leadership constantly talks about fake-values they don't follow.
All talk about equality, but none is applied.
If you're friends with leadership you get the good opportunities. If not, regardless of how long you work there, you will be working on crap.
