They supported 100% of all the workshops, seminars, and conferences. I am growing a lot here as a person and as an employer as well

I am so surprised by the friendliness of all the colleagues. Although a lot of them work remotely and I have never met them in person, everyone is super friendly and open to give you a hand. People are open and new joiners get welcomed warmly

Arbeitsatmosphäre
Great for people who can work independently. Stressful periods alternate with more relaxed ones. Discussions can get heated as lots of passionate people work here, but support is always available. Extremely flexible working conditions.

Depends on individuals. There aren't many restrictions when holidays can
be taken. Working hours are flexible. Cooperation with colleagues in different time zones is quite common and can be a challenge.
