Good research facility, but still need improvement

Very kind and nice people, English speaking environment, good and advanced research project and nice working/personal life balance.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Still a goverment like facility, certain level of bureaucracy exist in the facility. job is not secured, turn over rate is relative high.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
It is a very large research facility in Berlin, but the connection between each department is not that great. That makes the corperation between each lab and clinic in a low efficiecy level. If you in the lab and want to get same research samples from the clinic, the response time is long and sample pick up notice windows is short. For such a big institute some cordinators is needed for handling this.
