To further increase the work-life balance, I would like to see improved overtime regulations. I think it would be good to have the option of accumulating a few (limited) hours of overtime and being able to use them as time off in lieu.

Working is possible remotely from everywhere, not restricted to Homeoffice. Everyone is free to arrange their own hours (around an obligatory core working time). Overtime is not allowed. Very family-friendly mindset.

Helpful, open communication, always open to suggestions. Sometimes a bit over-excited.

Very young team in generell, but everybody is treated equally.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Office equipment is up-to-date. Office rooms are equipped with an AC so you can be also productive on hot days.
Sometimes broken/defective laptops are not replaced quickly.

Every employee has a yearly budget for personal education he can freely use.
