More workspaces or better use of them. Some people book a flexdesk and not use it for longer periods of time.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very motivated and nice colleagues everywhere. Taking breaks to recharge your energy is not seen as negative, basically it goes like "when your tasks are done and done well in a timely manner, you're good".
Kommunikation
Even tho there is a lot going on at the moment, everybody responds in a timely manner and trys to make room for meetings.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
A lot of very nice, welcoming and motivated colleagues and lots of good interactions during work as well as during coffee breaks.
Work-Life-Balance
Very flexible working hours and great benefits like good coffee, free lunches and after work events at least once a month, although there is a lot of work load at the moment.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very open and clear communication between you and your superiors. You can freely ask when something is unclear or when issues come up. There is also always the change to give genuine feedback.
Interessante Aufgaben
You get a lot of responsibility from day 1. For me that was a good thing and I felt motivated because I was taken serious and that needs a lot of trust.
Gleichberechtigung
I'm vegan and there is always lunch options as well as oat milk for your coffee and I haven't been judged for choosing those options. From what I've gathered so far there also no difference made between women, men, non binary people or queer people.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There are a lot of younger people (lots of students as well as people from ages 25 - 35-ish) in the company but still the ones that are "a little older" (40+) have no issues getting hired or getting to know other people.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Everybody gets their own laptop and there are plenty of workstations where you can just plug into. Because Blackwave uses a flex-desk system and there is a lot of expanding and therefore new people, there are sometimes issues with finding a desk.
Gehalt/Benefits
Payment is pretty good for the size of the company, but the benefits are great. Free lunches, a lot of after work events, high quality coffee the choice between E-Gym Pass/ public transport ticket/ Givve Card and possibilities for coffee and pizza workshops.

From what I've heard, everything is great. It's a very fast paced workspace and that might not be for everyone but that's part of the motivation.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I've been here for a couple of weeks and I have already had the chance to book a first aider course and there is the possibility for a safety officer training. We will see for the rest!
