I feel cared and valued here. Employer is also someone among us, I like that. And providing coffee, meal, snacks and fruits, company events are very valued. This also makes me to put my hands for non-work related things, so to say I can say "worth for Blackwave"

We definitely need more toilets. We have only two for men and many times I find both occupied at the same time, even for washing the hands we may need to wait a bit. They are very clean and cared, wet sipes, papers are well organized I dont have any problem in terms of hygiene.

I think environmental care is not that high yet. I asked for a chemical and contaminated trash bins but colleague was having no idea about that.
Gehalt/Benefits
Due to high rent costs in Munich, salary is not that great since a large amount is gone for rent, but if you have cheap accommodation or family house, then salary is good enough. Benefits are nice as well.
