I get along really well with some colleagues, but there are many who have no idea how to work.

Kommunikation

They present themselves as very open. However, as soon as things don't go well, nothing is said openly.

Work-Life-Balance

50 hours or more are normal... if you go home after 8 hours you get strange looks.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

All the managers are quite young and lack experience. Unfortunately, this is also noticeable in their management of employees.

Interessante Aufgaben

Some of the tasks are really interesting. Unfortunately, you often get passed from one project to the next.

Gleichberechtigung

Equal rights between men and women, young and old, etc., are guaranteed. It's more about how well you get along with the founder personally.

Few older colleagues, but no distinction is made here.

The hall gets far too hot in the summer; the facilities are not suitable for a start-up.
