Was für mich besonders heraussticht, ist der starke Teamzusammenhalt. Obwohl wir ein eher kleines Unternehmen sind, ist das Miteinander außergewöhnlich! Respektvoll, unterstützend und auf Augenhöhe. Man merkt einfach, dass alle an einem Strang ziehen.
Auch von der Führungsebene wird das aktiv vorgelebt: Unser Geschäftsführer ist jederzeit ansprechbar, nimmt sich Zeit und steht einem unterstützend zur Seite. Dadurch entsteht ein Umfeld, in dem man sich wirklich wahrgenommen und wertgeschätzt fühlt.
Eigene Ideen, Meinungen und auch konstruktives Feedback sind jederzeit willkommen. Das macht die Zusammenarbeit nicht nur angenehmer, sondern sorgt auch dafür, dass man sich aktiv einbringen und mitgestalten kann.
Was ich ebenfalls sehr schätze, ist die individuelle Förderung. Man bekommt alle Tools, die man braucht, und wird gezielt in der eigenen Entwicklung unterstützt, wobei die Förderung auf die persönlichen Stärken und Ziele abgestimmt ist.
Das flexible und zugleich sehr eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsmodell ergänzt das Gesamtbild perfekt und ermöglicht es, Job und Alltag miteinander zu vereinbaren.
Rückblickend war der Wechsel zu Block MB für mich definitiv die richtige Entscheidung!
Aus meiner Sicht keine negativen Punkte, ich bin rundum zufrieden :)

None for me - I am so happy I found it.
I think this wouldn't suit someone early on in their recruitment journey, as it is very autonomous day to day. Or a position that wouldn't be a self starter, due to remote work.
