There was always a strong emphasis on maintaining a work life balance. For instance, sometime I was working long hours because I had to make up my hours as I was working and studying, but often times the CEO would come by before he leaves and tells me to leave and joke about not forgetting to go home.

The project that I worked on was meaningful and allowed me to develop critical skills. Instead of being assigned repetitive tasks, I was given the chance to have my own project regarding sustainability.
