What I like about the employer
Understanding and empathetic leadership, not common in the recruitment/sales environment.
If you have the right attitude, you can come in as a total novice, and end up billing €100,000 + in the first year.
Shape your own career path; while there is structure to follow, you can bring your own ideas for how you see your role evolving, and work with leadership as to how to make that happen.
