Gleichberechtigung
Photos of signed artists hang in the hallways of the office, however most are quite outdated and don't reflect the current catalogue. Most photos represent white male artists, which doesn't reflect the company's commitment to racial and gender diversity. It would be better for there to be more photos of female artists and artists of colour, to reflect that the company also celebrates diversity in it's artist portfolio.
