Toxic Environment
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I've been working for Bonaparte Films for some time now, and unfortunately, I can only share my negative experiences. The work atmosphere here is simply dreadful. Instead of a supportive environment, there's a constant sense of tension. The EPs at Bonaparte Films put immense pressure on us without considering our well-being or personal lives.
There's a perpetual expectation of overtime at Bonaparte Films, which is completely disproportionate to the compensation or recognition we receive. It feels like we're expected to work around the clock just to meet the demands of the company.
I simply don't feel valued or respected at Bonaparte Films. It's frustrating to witness how little the company cares about its employees' welfare. The combination of the toxic work environment, constant pressure from above, and the excessive overtime has me seriously contemplating leaving my position here.
