Colleagues are nice and always open minded, listened when there was a problem but overall everyone kept quiet if something was not right or problems arose.

Little to no communication, problems were ignored and concerns were overlooked and overheard. Partners were hard to catch if you wanted to talk about something or had a question. Higher ups also relayed on the knowledge of others, as every now so often they didn't know about basic things that lead to a successful production.

Open space, noisy room, no privacy, partners act like a watchtower walking around
Kommunikation
Lots of secrets and no open communication between executive levels, problems or concerns were often swept under the rug until they they dissolved themselves. Crucial information was forgotten about or solved last minute before it was almost too late resulting in unnecessary problems and stress.
