The specifics of a startup may differ to the perception of a "normal" work shift, and iam prepared for that, because I came to grow and I enjoy challenges. With this said, there’s a lot of flexibility and free time offered as well.

As mentioned earlier, entering a startup atmosphere colleagues and specific project needs your attention to detail, and these details may be clarified after work, regardless, you can answer when you feel comfortable and attentive to do so. This is up to you. I find that balancing work and life is a general question of one’s overall skills of doing so, and managing their projects and day.

There’s absolutely enough room to grow. I’ve been offered educational courses if needed on behalf of the company. Also i have the freedom to manage a lot of projects myself, so I see a lot of potential in career growth and leading my own departments over time and progress with the company.

I didn’t find any difficulties in communicating with older colleges

Regarding one colleague being or behaving more superior then the other.
Some people may “percept it” as this is a very phycological aspect.
I haven’t experienced this because, I’m able to communicate in a respectful manner and sort out any communication misunderstanding if I feel they’ve occurred.

My working conditions are great. I’ve been supplied fully by my employer with all the needed tools and working space that suits me.

I find it easy to communicate with my colleagues. If communication is lost or misunderstood, we always dedicate the time to improve it in a respectful manner.
