Great atmosphere! Real sense of ownership amongst employees, and working toward the same goal. The company have a relaxed atmosphere, and is more goal oriented then process driven, so as long as you achieve or overachieve on your goals you can work from home, or pick your own hours which is great!
Company is about to release a Software platform that has received great feedback, so think the company is about to really take off.
There is also yoga and pilates every week, and team drinks, dinners and night out all the time!
