Stable and enjoyable place to work in!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Not overly serious, room for growth in different directions, reliable
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Serious when needed, light and fun otherwise
Work-Life-Balance
No forced overtime, respected work hours, big freedom in organising your own work
Karriere/Weiterbildung
As long as you want to educate yourself, the resources can be financed and provided without issues
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Environmental awareness improved greatly this past couple months, but I still think we can do better
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Managers are friendly but not overly familiar, and very approachable
Arbeitsbedingungen
Anything I needed for work was provided without issue. Home office was organized wonderfully
Kommunikation
Communication issues happen, but they are adressed and I saw major improvements happening
Gleichberechtigung
There is room for improvement, but suggestions are met with openness and willingness to learn
Interessante Aufgaben
I learned so much during my years at Bytro
