Arbeitsatmosphäre

I joined as an E-Commerce Manager in the company. The team in the Office and the Warehouse team did not have much distance. It provided full company structure understanding. With the fellow workers it has always been positive and helpful. Much appreciated as a foreigner welcoming me in the team!

Work-Life-Balance

The working hours very clear from 8 AM to 5 PM. Saturday and Sunday break and there was no extra pressure to work extra hours or during the weekends.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Most of us had kind of our individual projects. The communication in between fellow workers were mostly personal basis rather than project basis because everyone had competence in their own areas and were focused on the enhancement.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

The team was in mix age from 25 to 50 and the communication was always relaxed in between employees.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

I had a closed alignment of working with the company owner. He is a very respectful person. I still admire his way of listening. I or other employees were open to visit in his office room without appointment for queries and he had a special and respectful behaviour of stopping his work and put his hand on the table to carefully listen. It was basically to show respect and give importance to other people.

Kommunikation

Most of the communication in between fellow workers were friendly. The company owner also made sure to take this part seriously and started weekly meeting with every employee to get better understanding in the business and employee satisfaction.

Gleichberechtigung

I joined as a foreigner in the company and never felt my origin is from a different country or my colour or language is different. It was a positive experience.

Interessante Aufgaben

I joined Cadorabo after few months of experience only on Amazon. I went for a new journey after 2 years working with Cadorabo with almost having the experience of 20 marketplaces and full business understanding in the E-Commerce. Today I run my own E-Commerce company and the credit goes to Cadorabo and the company owner who gave me the opportunity to enhance my skills in the area of E-Commerce.
