Both the phone and the personal interview exceeded my expactations. During my job hunt other companies had me jump through tedious hoops and bored me with the kind of textbook interview questions that just beg for dishonest textbook answers, like the endlessly annoying ""Where do you see your weaknesses"". None of that BS here. This was honest to the point real talk that never insulted my intelligence with all those hollow corporate culture phrases that don't really mean anything. Both interviewers succeeded to be respectfull, empathetic and open minded at the same time. Other recruiters should take notes here.
