If you are considering joining, I would recommend looking beyond the external image and asking very direct questions about leadership style, transparency, career development and how the company handles difficult situations.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
In my personal experience, the work atmosphere was disappointing and, at times, emotionally draining. The company presents itself very well externally, but my internal experience was very different.
Kommunikation
Communication often felt overly polished, unclear and not fully transparent. In difficult moments, I felt that messaging was managed more carefully than people were.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There were good individual colleagues, but I did not experience a strong or genuine team culture overall. In my view, the “people-first” impression did not match the reality.
Work-Life-Balance
Remote work was flexible, and this was one of the few positive aspects.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
In my opinion, leadership behaviour and communication were difficult to trust. I felt there was a gap between what was said and how situations were actually handled.
Interessante Aufgaben
Yes, the product and market are interesting, especially for someone interested in logistics, SaaS and digital transformation.

Generally okay in my experience.

No specific issue to highlight, but overall I did not experience the culture as particularly people-oriented.
