I love the family attitude of everyone here, I have not worked for a company before where everyone gets along so well, the working environment is great!
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Release planning in engineering could be better so that additional working hour didn't have to be put in close to a major release, though this is quiet normal within engineering.

There is always a good atmosphere with everyone I have worked with, i would describe it as jolly :)

I love working here, it is a real shame I have to leave and go back to England soon, I have made some great friends while working here. I would recommend the place to anyone.
Work-Life-Balance
Working hours are 9-6, a little more than I am used to, holiday is pretty standard amount. Never been told I could not take holiday when I wanted to.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Career progression is there if you want it, if you want to progress you need to speak to your line manager as is normal. After all it's what your yearly reviews are for.
Gehalt/Benefits
Compensation for work was about market rate for engineering, other benefits include fully paid outings to bring the team together from Christmas, to company BBQs and of course Oktoberfest.

This comany is built on climate awareness and making sure each persons environmental impact is as little as possible.

Everyone here is lovely, it's like having a family away from England.

Supervisor / Management were great can go to them with any issues, resolutions happen quickly.

Great working conditions, good technology if you need better happy to provide it choice of what technology you use; windows, linux, mac. Lovely office space big bright windows.
Kommunikation
We're using agile scrum so daily meetings to thrash out anything, from what we have done to what we are going to do. Good retrospectives to see where we can improve as a team.
