Great international team to work with!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
It's quite relaxed. People are easy-going and is a very open environment. Multilingual as well. Main working language is English, which makes it easy for our international team members to feel included
Work-Life-Balance
It's great! Everyone works really hard but people still get to enjoy a lot of free time outside the office. There are clear boundaries and it's quite flexible as well. Love it!
Gehalt/Benefits
It's a start-up so salaries like the ones of big companies cannot be expected, still better than average in the scene.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team is amazing. All inspiring, very capable.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
True flat hierarchy.
Kommunikation
It's quite open, but we're a Start-Up so sometimes it can get a bit hectical because there's a lot going on.
Interessante Aufgaben
Everyday is different and is a challenge, but in a good way. We're a small team, which means everyone gets to really collaborate and bring new ideas upfront.
