Great working atmosphere
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
We have a fantastic working atmosphere, open communication and little to no hierarchical structures which allows you (and also requires you) to take over responsibility, think on your feet and tackle things that you want to change. You are free in the way you work and working remotely is not an issue.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
If you are looking for a highly secure job for the next 50 years with all the perks and benefits of work committees, paid overtime, nine-to-five and so on its probably not your thing.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Awesome Team, awesome people, awesome working atmosphere :)
Image
Its a startup. Not much of an image so far.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Again - its a startup. If you want to do something, you usually can but there is no career guidance, career planning and so on. However if you want to you can learn a lot in very short time.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Hard to tell, the team is mostly in their 30s and 40s
