I appreciated the opportunity to participate in Circunomics’ structured hiring process, including the technical challenge, which was ambitios designed. While the eventual response came in the form of a standard rejection, it may be worth reflecting on how closing the loop with candidates after intensive tasks can further enhance an otherwise organized candidate journey.
