4h of personal development every week. You can pretty much decide how to spend this, but need to agree with your manager that it's something useful for the company. E.g. do certifications, workshops, help with other internal things you find interesting etc. Super good policy.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary is a bit above industry average in Berlin. You also get food vouchers and free lunches on Fridays. Business BahnCard50 is included currently which you can use for personal travels as well.

Cloudreach is growing fast and is adapting its structures frequently. This can cause management to be a bit out of sync sometimes, but in general it's an atmosphere based on respect and trust.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Great working conditions. Cloudreach tries not to have people travel too much for project work, also you can work from home if you need to. But do expect to have to travel sometimes (you can express your preferences on this but in the end there needs to be a fit with a project). Office is a WeWork which is also nice.

Communication is very startup-like, expect lots of excitement, Slack and GIFs
Gleichberechtigung
As just about every IT company, Cloudreach employs more men than women, but works on reducing the gap. Chances to move through the ranks are equal I'd say.
Interessante Aufgaben
Expect things to change frequently as you move from one to another project. This gives you the chance of learning a great deal of things. You also have the chance of co-determining which projects you want / do not want, but of course there is a limit and you need to stay open for things you don't know yet.
