Everyone in the tech team gets a budget (money / days off) for education and the company is very open for someone taking responsibility for things. The opportunities are great if you don't expect a 9-5 job.

The whole team has a mobility budget and my superior who's also founder always comes by bike, skateboard to work or uses the train and there's a strong focus on environmental issues. The whole idea is a huge benefit for the environment.
